Welcome to campsitesnorway.com, a portal for listing and discovering camping sites. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

Platform: campsites.no and all related subdomains, mobile apps, and services.
We/Us/Our: SMARTWEB BALTIC OÜ, registry number 14892640, VAT EE102231308, Pae tn 80, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 13620 Tallinn, Estonia.
You/User: anyone who visits, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
Listing: any campsite advertisement, profile, image, description, or other content that you publish on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use or register on the Platform.
By using the Platform, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To create, edit, or manage Listings, you must register for an account with a valid email address.
You agree to keep your account credentials secure and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content & Listings

Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the content of your Listings. All descriptions, pricing, availability, and images must be truthful and up to date.
Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, and display it on the Platform.
Prohibited Content: Listings must not contain illegal, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, or discriminatory material. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. Booking & Transactions

Campsite bookings or rentals occur directly between campsite owners (“Hosts”) and travelers (“Guests”). We facilitate the introduction but are not a party to any rental agreement.
Hosts set their own rates, terms, and conditions. Guests must abide by each Host’s rules and cancellation policies.
We do not hold or process payments; financial arrangements are managed off-platform between Hosts and Guests unless otherwise agreed.

6. Fees & Commissions

Currently, there are no listing fees or commissions. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future, with at least 30 days’ notice to registered users.

7. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation.
Use the Platform for spam, unsolicited marketing, or data harvesting.
Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
Circumvent any technical protection measures.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@campsites.no.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, at our discretion.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMARTWEB BALTIC OÜ and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Estonian law and applicable EU regulations (including GDPR). Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
